Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzmann brought his Billy & The Kids ensemble back to Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado on Tuesday for a second “Dead On The Rocks” concert featuring guitarist Billy Strings and saxophonist James Casey.
