With Lost Lands just over a month away, we’re keeping a vigilant eye out for any and all things bass related – but Excision is one producer that always seems to have something up his sleeve.  Having recently teamed up with Illenium on their incredible new track “Gold (Stupid Love)” only to turn around a few days ago and announce the release of his forthcoming album Apex, today we’re excited to have the pleasure of bringing you a taste of the new project, with a premiere of a brand new Excision & Dion Timmer collab, titled “Home”.

With both Excision & Dion Timmer having solidified their places as forces to be reckoned with inside the gritty bass-music world, we definitely weren’t prepared for the switch-up on this latest offering. With Starting off with a light-hearted plucked melody, “Home” immediately takes on a form like none-other that we’ve heard from these two in the past. Filled with lush, pulsing synths, spacious, emotional vocals. Skittering percussion and a deep, bouncy bassline, we don’t know whether to cry or headbang to Excision & Dion Timmer’s incredible new collab.
