Spotify is encouraging listeners to vote with playlists that celebrate each state’s individuality in songs. The new state-inspired offerings strongly hint that people should unplug for only enough time to go vote during the November 6 midterm election.

The “Get Vocal” feature only started and showcases the many well-known songs from each state. For example, Florida includes songs from J Balvin, Calvin Harris, Migos, Travis Scott and Drake. New York is all about Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, and Lady Gaga.

Users can even hear playlists from some different states.  They can be retrieved by searching from the app for “Get Vocal, (State). ” Rememberwe’re all in this together.

The playlist hyperlinks to the user’s closest polling areas through Get to the Polls. On Election Day, those Spotify users can get a reminder with a link to Get to the Polls! This really is a thing that is gorgeous.

A statement in the platform reads as follows:

“With midterm elections rapidly approaching, Spotify is encouraging voting-eligible users and workers to show until the polls since everyone — workers, artists, and fans alike — deserves to get their voices heard about the things which matter most to them.
