6ix9ine Could Serve Life Sentence if Convicted of All Charges

A Manhattan federal court arraignment clarified the fees faced by 6ix9ine.

In the courtroom proceeding after his arrest on the evening of November 18th, the total implications of these fees faced by Daniel Hernandez A.K.A. 6ix9ine are disclosed to the general public. The Brooklyn rapper faces a minimum penalty of 32 decades and maximum of life in prison if convicted.

Hernandez and four partners are whined on eight different counts which include offenses like conspiracy to commit murder and armed robbery. Besides Hernandez, Jamel Jones A.K.A. Mel Murda, Kifano Jordan A.K.A. Shottie, also Jensel Jones A.K.A. Ish are accused of six of their eight fees. Fuguan Lovick A.K.A. Fu Banga has been accused of the other two.

“Daniel Hernandez is utterly innocent of charges being brought against him” reads a statement made today by Hernandez’ attorney, Lance Lazzaro. “An entertainer who portrays a ‘gangster image’ to promote his music does not make him a member of an enterprise. ”

Hernandez’ forthcoming album Dummy Boy was slated for launch this Friday, November 23rd. But, according to DJ Akademiks it’s been postponed forever . The record comprised features by Nicki Minaj and Kanye West.

DJ Akademiks also asserts that according to individuals familiar with the matter, 6ix9ine’s lawyer has canceled his bond hearing and he’ll remain in jail for at least another week.
