The Bluebird District cocktail pub voted among the best new bars in Denver — has recently added a happy hour. The inverse happy hour is likely to create a splash starting December 1, 2018. Specials run to close Monday through Thursday and all day Sunday, calling for drafts, well beverages and Four Roses old fashioned. Their normal cocktail menu, comprising 4 classics and 4 original cocktails such as Space Wine as well as the Dopo, that is guaranteed to stir up a desire. Keep a lookout for winter grips.

“We wanted to create a tailored experience for our customers, gearing toward industry folk and neighborhood friends,” stated owner and manager Jareb Parker, “We like spirits which are familiar, alongside more daring options people may not be familiar with. ”

The meals menu highlights a few of Parker’s preferred New Mexican dishes, from conventional posole ($8) into a unique green chili burger ($10). The pub also has vegetarian choices for their friends in Congress Park. One of the favorites are the calabacitas ($6) and cauliflower florets dipped in a buffalo sauce served with a side of vegan ranch ($8). The green chili cheese fries ($6) and corn puppy ($4) are a hit at the late-night menu Friday and Saturday nights that shuts at 12 a.m.

We asked Parker what you can expect to see the weekend “Sweet songs and decent booze”, he replied. The area pub has resident DJ F-ether spin two times a month alongside neighborhood DJ’s and musical classes on weekends. Monday nights can be especially fun, with bring your vinyl and board games. Middleman is located at 3401 East Colfax, Denver. It is offered from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 4 p.m. to two a.m. Friday and Saturday. The kitchen is available Monday — Thursday 4 p.m. — 10 p.m. and started until 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. The Kitchen is closed on Sunday.
