Two flavors of bass collide on”Like That”

Following his highly anticipated release together with The Chainsmokers, NGHTMRE returns with funk electronic aficionados Big Gigantic for a brand new single. Their brand newest offering”Like That” infuses the sonic follicles of both artists into a track that’s both soulful and heavy. 

Dark horns and trumpet fanfare delve right to a heavy hitting bass break. Coming from such contrasting yet complementary backgrounds, a pathway was discovered by both behaves without compromising their sound to standing out.

In the worlds of snare and dubstepmanufacturers have shown as versatile as NGHTMRE. Considering his big break in 2016, the Mad Decent signee has had great success working from diverse spheres of influence while continuing to maintain a sonic identity. 

“Like That” marks NGHTMRE’s debut foray into the colorful world of funk electronic. As figureheads of this space, who better to group up with than Big Gigantic. After a first half of this calendar year, the duo has produced a strong end of year drive. They appeared on Louis the Child’s Kids At Play EP and on the Westwood Recordings 100th Release Compilation.
