Lady Gaga has teamed up with an unexpected collaborator.
Lady Gaga’s ongoing Las Vegas residency will feature new music and audio design from world-famous German manufacturer Boys Noize. Her critically acclaimed series Enigma features over-the-top production coupled with a narrative about an otherworldly, robotic entity.
On Twitter, Boys Noize (real name Alexander Ridha) shared a short teaser video featuring new music created for her residency.
From the mysterious, anime-inspired video, audiences are treated to visuals of a robotic figure flying and battling through space, layered on the sounds of some bass-heavy electro courtesy of Boys Noize. In an additional tweet, he has clarified that he also provided sound design for the A Star is Born lead.
With 2018 coming to a close, lovers of Ridha can look back and reminisce on one of his biggest years up to now. In March, he published eight tracks of stripped-down techno on Strictly Raw, Vol.2. Along with the new record, 2018 saw a string of singles and also headlining performances all around the planet, including the soon-to-be-closed Beta Nightclub.
Lately, Ridha has teased videos and pictures of himself from the studio using Skrillex, hyping up enthusiasts for the recurrence of their supergroup, Dog Blood.
