The Lowdown: This Vinyasa flow style yoga course aims to help you reconnect with your body and breath at a relaxing, uplifting flow of movements. Moving to a varied soundtrack of music to assist you relieve tension and anxiety, Mindful Mondays will help energize you for your coming weeks ahead. They offer essential oils and miniature massages. Mindful Mondays are hosted each Monday evening, including courses taught by different instructors, varying providers and at times local food sellers.

Beyond simply their free yoga courses, they offer totally free tai chi, drum circles, meditation courses, as well as mental health counselling.
