The Avett Brothers shared a movie for “Victory,” the lead single off their upcoming new album, The Third Gleam. American Recordings, during Loma Vista Recordings, will release the album on August 28.

The group returned to their own early trio arrangement in The Third Gleam, that comprises Seth Avett, Scott Avett and Bob Crawford. They released the EPs, The Gleam, in 2006, along with The Second Gleam. The Avett Brothers 10th studio album, Closer Than Together, came out in October 2019.

Also announced was a private preview of The Avett Brothers At Red Rocks concert special that will stream via PBS this weekend. The Avetts were supposed to hold their yearly shows this weekend at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado but had to cancel because of this COVID-19 pandemic. PBS will broadcast on the The Avett Brothers At Red Rocks program on August 29. The 20-minute preview of this concert movie, that was listed in July 2019, flows on Saturday, July 11 in p.m. ET on PBS.org.
