ZHU Shares New Song & Video “Yours” With Arctic Lake

Just days before the launch of his newest album, ZHU has shared a brand new cinematic track featuring Astralwerks label-mates Arctic Lake.

Just days ahead of his brand new album DREAMLAND 2021, ZHU has long shared a fresh cinematic track known as “Yours” featuring Astralwerks label-mates Arctic Lake.

Directed by Yan Bokhanovich and created by Daniel Shapovalov, ZHU also unveiled an official music video which draws inspirations in the classic Alfred Hitchcock film Rear Window, further exploring the voyeurism of this Grammy-nominated artist’s “ONLY” video.

ZHU’s opening meditative keys string to a simmering rhythm as he also Arctic Lake trade off vocals, evoking tension between getting caught up in bliss and the ache for everlasting love. The plot evolves as two women begin dancing and other personalities emerge in the town streets, getting entranced. As the story continues, Mitch Bell returns from ZHU’s 2016″NEON CITY” tour for bass licks.

Place to be published this Friday, DREAMLAND 2021 will indicate ZHU’s first full-length album because his 2018 sophomore album, RINGOS DESERT. Composed and recorded at his house throughout quarantine, ZHU crafted the new record’s filthy techno and house tracks as a propelling soundtrack to the world getting back on its feet and to movement.

“DREAMLAND 2021 is about looking forward and creating a version of the long run we want to exist ,” ZHU stated in a press announcement.

Fans can now pre-save and pre-order DREAMLAND 2021 and immediately receive “Yours” and album cuts “Sky Is Crying” (together with Yuna) and”ONLY” (together with Tinashe).  ZHU will celebrate the album’s launch by six sold-out DREAMROCKS shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in May, among the first multi-night runs to occur in the open air Colorado venue because the shutdown of live music venues because of COVID-19.
