The Lowdown: Duane Topping is not simply a dazzling designer but a retired Army veteran today armed using a sewing machine along with passion for creating contemporary art. As a self-proclaimed feminist, he creates custom designs for the female form and observes the natural curves and contours of a female ’s body while empowering them to be their most powerful, most authentic selves. Topping’s latest collection will show during the DFW Local Designers Fashion Show on November 4.
