Apparently, RESISTANCE has an entire island in Ultra this past season.
Ultra Music Festival’s organizers didn’t mince words if they revealed that the presence of techno/house new RESISTANCE would expand to the 2019 edition of the festival. Even though the Arcadia Spider stage is not any more, RESISTANCE Island’s lineup demonstrates that dancing music’s initial styles continue to maintain a significant place at the Miami gathering’s programming.
Spread over three stages, the RESISTANCE Island lineup announcement reveals techno mainstays such as Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin and Loco Dice along with a B2B2B involving Dubfire, Nicole Moudaber and Paco Osuna. Rounding out the house end of the spectrum are Sasha & Digweed, who reunited for select B2B performances in 2016 after their 2010 split. Meeting in the middle are tech house acts such as Camelphat and Carl Cox – the latter of whom will perform a solo set along with a B2B having an as-yet-unannounced spouse. More acts charged for RESISTANCE Island will probably likely be announced in the weeks leading up to the function.
RESISTANCE Island’s lineup caters into a similar market because of Rapture Electronic Music Festival, which was initially supposed to occur in exactly the exact same place on a couple of the same three days. The festival’s attorneys recently sent Ultra’s a cease and desist letter concerning the occasion’s controversial move . In light of recent statements, it doesn’t seem to have shaken their confidence that the 2019 edition will go as planned.
Ultra Music Festival has been supposed to occur on Virginia Key in Miami, Florida in March 29th-31st of 2019. To learn more or to purchase tickets, see the occasion website.
