Bob Weir and Wolf Bros will perform a concert on Saturday, July 24 at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley, California. The band will once again be joined by keyboardist Jeff Chimenti and pedal steel player Greg Leisz as well as The Wolfpack string and horn section.

Tickets to the Bob Weir and Wolf Bros show at the Greek Theatre on the campus of UC Berkeley go on sale on Friday, June 26 at 10 a.m. PT via Ticketmaster. Bob Weir and Wolf Bros, which consists of guitarist Bob Weir, drummer Jay Lane and bassist Don Was, just completed a run of shows in Colorado featuring the same guest musicians. The Wolfpack is made up of woodwind specialist Sheldon Brown, violinist Mads Tolling, trombonist Adam Theis, trumpeter Brian Switzer and cellist Alex Kelly.

Weir’s former band, the Grateful Dead, performed at the Greek Theatre over 25 times dating back to 1967, including playing shows at the storied Bay Area venue on this date in 1986 and 1987.
