Moog shut a 35-year gap from its own polyphonic synthesizer launch history with the launch of the Moog One, a new model that makes its market debut in two different eight- plus 16-voice models. The brief promotional video advertisement of the Moog One features a series of industry influencers ranging from Mark Ronson to Mike Dean and Suzanne Ciani, among others. The sepia scale movie is loosely styled after a vintage Polymoog plug that was originally released in 1976.

Moog One will provide buyers usage of three unique VCOs, and may enable musicians to engage three synths simultaneously to split, stack, and coating the synths across Moog One’s 61-key Fatar keyboard. The Moog One is very similar to Moog’therefore 2015 Voyager in that the Moog One may incorporate a stress sensitive X/Y pad, CV ins and outs, and shoulder signs.  The Moog One signals Moog’s proper yield to device production. After publishing the Voyager at 2015, Moog manufactured a collection of semi-modular synths, for example, DFAM and the Grandmother.  Although Moog One has yet to declare an arrival date to the polysynth, the version will retail for $5,999, while the 16-voice edition will sell for $7,999.
