MORRISON — When former One Direction star Niall Horan had been 11 years old and learning guitar for the first timehe saw a DVD of U2 at Red Rocks and stated, “I need to move there daily. ”
The dream since he was 11 he had came accurate Monday night when he brought his Flicker World Tour to town with country superstar and “Seeing Blind” duet spouse Maren Morris.

The 24-year-old worked his way through his first solo full-length record that includes “Slow Hands,” piled in covers from Bruce Springsteen (who he seemed to be channeling using the rolled sleeves, unbuttoned tee and electrical guitar) and Tom Petty, and jumped between guitars and keys all evening. Seconds with wailing guitars between songs that were filled believed reminiscent of a young John Mayer.
He hasn’t even forgotten his roots though. He stashed in covers One Direction’s “Fool’s Gold” along with a jam version of the hit “Drag Me Down. ”
Horan would continue to keep the banter at time, speaking that he would only try to keep the moment just. ” He along with his group of Irishmen and a couple of Englishmen finished the night with all the house lights up along with a group photograph.

For Horan and 1D fans who missed the series, even those in the series who listened to his Twitter request to reside without phones, the singer hinted that there were lots of cameras for everybody the night later on. A live DVD such as the U2 one of his youth? Only time will tell.
His fellow One Directioner Harry Styles came to the Pepsi Center in July.
